Capture screenshot every - specify the interval at which screenshots will be captured.
Note: an interval that is too short may result in the lack of free space on the hard drive due to a lot of captured screenshots.

Target - specify whether the entire screen should be captured or only the active window.

Image quality - screenshot image quality. The higher the quality is, the more space is needed to store it on the hard drive.
